We are proud to offer a fast, flexible, and customer-focused delivery service primarily across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

We offer delivery Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we aim to deliver directly to your site on a day that suits you. Please note that lead times will be extended during busy periods.

Our experienced drivers ensure safe drop-offs, typically to front gardens or driveways, depending on safety and access. With a reputation for our reliable and friendly service, Ilkeston Ply & DIY aims to make getting quality timber and sheet materials to your project site simple and stress-free.

Delivery Safety Notice

All deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible point, typically kerbside, driveway, or front garden. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear access for our vehicle and to inform us of any access restrictions prior to delivery. Our drivers are not permitted to enter homes or carry materials through buildings. Ilkeston Ply & DIY accepts no liability for damage caused by unsuitable access or unsafe delivery conditions.

Collections & Returns

We understand that project requirements can change. If you have ordered more materials than required, please contact our team as soon as possible to discuss adjusting or cancelling excess items.

Orders that are overordered and subsequently returned upon delivery are subject to a 20% restocking charge. This covers the additional handling and processing involved in returning stock to our warehouse.

If you request a collection after your order has been delivered, a separate collection charge may apply to cover the staffing and operational costs involved.

To avoid unnecessary charges, please review your order quantities carefully and contact our team to adjust or cancel any excess items at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection time.
